目前,礦用電(dian)(dian)(dian)機車蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),無論(lun)是(shi)恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、恒(heng)壓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)是(shi)先恒(heng)流(liu)(liu)再恒(heng)壓的(de)(de)(de)分段(duan)式(shi)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),都有一個共同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)問題,就是(shi)這種小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)慢充(chong)(chong)方式(shi),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池初充(chong)(chong)需70小(xiao)時(shi)以(yi)上,進行普通充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)也需10小(xiao)時(shi)以(yi)上,這種充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方式(shi)在(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程的(de)(de)(de)初期(qi)(qi),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)遠小(xiao)于蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池可接(jie)(jie)受的(de)(de)(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),因而拉長了充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)間,造成電(dian)(dian)(dian)能的(de)(de)(de)浪費(fei)。而在(zai)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程的(de)(de)(de)后期(qi)(qi),充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)又大于蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池可接(jie)(jie)受的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池內部溫度升高,產生大量析氣(qi),并形成內部硫化結晶,大大縮(suo)短了蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)(de)(de)循環使(shi)用壽命,甚至有可能永(yong)久性地損壞電(dian)(dian)(dian)池。這不僅造成了浪費(fei),也增加了對環境的(de)(de)(de)污染(ran)。同(tong)時(shi),這種傳統充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機采用變(bian)壓器變(bian)壓整流(liu)(liu),可控硅(gui)控制的(de)(de)(de)途徑,技術(shu)落(luo)后,設備笨重,可靠性也差。
