對電池充電實際上“電”能轉換成“化學”能過程

對電池充電必須配備充電設備——充電器。充電器就是把交流電網電源經過整流濾波后,并經一系列調控后,輸出DC電源,供給動力電池組進行充電,即電池組接受的直流電。充電器分為三類:
a)早期(qi)使(shi)用(yong)最(zui)多的充(chong)電(dian)器是采用(yong)可控硅作整流控制元件(jian)的工(gong)頻(pin)充(chong)電(dian)器。必須配置一(yi)個龐大而笨(ben)重(zhong)的工(gong)頻(pin)變(bian)壓器。而且效率低(di)、功率因數低(di)、容易對電(dian)網造成污(wu)染(ran)。
b)高(gao)(gao)頻開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。它具有體(ti)積小(xiao),重量輕(qing),工作(zuo)可(ke)靠,效率(lv)(lv)(lv)高(gao)(gao),功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)因(yin)數高(gao)(gao)、不(bu)怕電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網波(bo)動(dong)和不(bu)造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網波(bo)動(dong)、既不(bu)怕電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網干擾(rao)又不(bu)干擾(rao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網、功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)可(ke)小(xiao)可(ke)大(da),容易實現智(zhi)能化等(deng)優點(dian)。特別適(shi)合做小(xiao)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)到大(da)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)、特大(da)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)的(de)高(gao)(gao)頻開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。可(ke)以通過(guo)模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)串(chuan)聯,做成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)壓充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi);也可(ke)以通過(guo)模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)并聯,做成(cheng)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi);還可(ke)以通過(guo)模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)串(chuan)聯和并聯,做成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)大(da)功(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。該開(kai)(kai)關電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)還具有根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池管理系統(BMS)的(de)信息,自動(dong)調節充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)參數和自動(dong)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)功(gong)能。
c)種脈沖(chong)充(chong)電(dian)器,結構比較復朵,技術難度較大。脈沖(chong)充(chong)電(dian)可(ke)以減少(shao)電(dian)池(chi)在(zai)充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)產(chan)生的極化現象,從而(er)提高(gao)電(dian)池(chi)的充(chong)電(dian)效率,減少(shao)充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間(jian),實現快速充(chong)電(dian)。
以上說明,電(dian)能(neng)變成化學能(neng)是一個十分(fen)復雜的過程,必(bi)須有充(chong)電(dian)器和BMS協(xie)同工作,才(cai)能(neng)完成這一工作。
