蓄電池充電機的使用要求有哪些
蓄電池充電機最早采用的是變壓器式的充電機,但是由于變壓器式充電機的(de)體積過于大(da)、笨重、造價低(di)、充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效率低(di),現在基本上很少(shao)采用(yong)。目(mu)前(qian)使用(yong)比較廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)。蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機輸入交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為220V左右,輸出端接蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,其充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)式:其一,以(yi)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流脈沖(chong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)間歇放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、補償(chang);其二,以(yi)恒流、恒壓(ya)浮沖(chong)保持對被沖(chong)的(de)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池提(ti)供穩定(ding)的(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。
充(chong)電(dian)機具有(you)輸(shu)出短(duan)路保護、輸(shu)出過(guo)壓、過(guo)流保護及過(guo)沖保護功能(neng),保證(zheng)蓄電(dian)池使用壽命。由于近些年來快速充(chong)電(dian)技術的(de)(de)發展,使傳統的(de)(de)鉛酸蓄電(dian)池快速充(chong)電(dian)性能(neng)不好的(de)(de)概念已有(you)了新的(de)(de)改變(bian)。實驗證(zheng)明(ming):多數(shu)閥控式(shi)鉛酸電(dian)池可以承受快速充(chong)電(dian),而(er)且(qie)合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)快速充(chong)電(dian)對(dui)延長電(dian)池壽命不但(dan)無害(hai)而(er)且(qie)有(you)利。
