大功率直流穩壓電源的設計一般包括那些環節
的(de)設計(ji)一般包(bao)括(kuo)變(bian)壓(ya)、整流(liu)、濾波、穩壓(ya)四個(ge)基(ji)本(ben)環節。為了提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)質量及其(qi)可靠(kao)(kao)性,需對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)進行采樣(yang)、比較、放大,并用此(ci)誤(wu)差放大信號(hao)來調節其(qi)輸(shu)(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使得負載變(bian)化時輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)(bao)持穩定。此(ci)外,為了提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)使用安全(quan)性能,需設計(ji)簡(jian)單可靠(kao)(kao)的(de)過壓(ya)過流(liu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大時損壞(huai)負載元件。以下(xia)將從電(dian)(dian)(dian)源主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、保(bao)(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路設計(ji)等3個(ge)方(fang)面簡(jian)要介紹直(zhi)流(liu)穩壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)制(zhi)作方(fang)法。
主電路部分設計主要包括電源變壓器、整流電路、濾波電路、穩壓電路設計(圖1)。變壓器把高壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)變為(wei)所需(xu)要的(de)低壓(ya)(ya)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian);整(zheng)流(liu)器(qi)(qi)把交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)變為(wei)脈(mo)動(dong)直流(liu)電(dian);濾波(bo)器(qi)(qi)濾除直流(liu)中的(de)交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)成(cheng)分;穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)把波(bo)動(dong)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)變為(wei)穩(wen)定的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸出。
