大功率直流穩壓電源的設計一般包括那些環節
的(de)設(she)計一般包括變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)、整流(liu)、濾波(bo)、穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)四(si)個基本環節(jie)。為了提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)質量及其可靠性,需(xu)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)進行采樣、比(bi)較、放大(da),并用此(ci)誤差放大(da)信號來調(diao)節(jie)其輸(shu)(shu)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),使(shi)得負載(zai)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi)輸(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持穩(wen)定。此(ci)外,為了提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)使(shi)用安全(quan)性能,需(xu)設(she)計簡單可靠的(de)過(guo)壓(ya)(ya)過(guo)流(liu)保(bao)(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過(guo)大(da)時(shi)損壞負載(zai)元(yuan)件。以下將(jiang)從電(dian)(dian)(dian)源主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、保(bao)(bao)(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路設(she)計等3個方面簡要介紹直流(liu)穩(wen)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)制作方法。
主電路部分設計主要包括電源變壓器、整流電路、濾波電路、穩壓電路設計(圖1)。變壓器把(ba)(ba)高壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變為所(suo)需要的低壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian);整流(liu)(liu)器把(ba)(ba)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變為脈動直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian);濾波器濾除(chu)直流(liu)(liu)中的交流(liu)(liu)成分;穩(wen)壓(ya)器把(ba)(ba)波動較(jiao)大的直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)變為穩(wen)定(ding)的直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)輸出。
