  大功(gong)率高壓(ya)(ya)發電(dian)機組(zu)智能交流/直流負(fu)(fu)載是公司近兩年推出的重(zhong)點產品,主要用(yong)(yong)于中(zhong)(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)發電(dian)機組(zu)的日常(chang)檢測及維護。該負(fu)(fu)載融(rong)合了公司最先進的負(fu)(fu)載技術,將(jiang)集“常(chang)規負(fu)(fu)載柜”與“降(jiang)壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器”所有功(gong)能于一體,直接接入(ru)(ru)高壓(ya)(ya)發電(dian)機組(zu),既可以完成中(zhong)(zhong)高壓(ya)(ya)發電(dian)機組(zu)的靜(jing)態、整(zheng)定(ding)、波動(dong)、突加、突卸、諧波分析等(deng)(deng)重(zhong)要測試(shi),使用(yong)(yong)方便,極大降(jiang)低了用(yong)(yong)戶資金投入(ru)(ru)。日前,該設(she)備(bei)已廣泛應(ying)用(yong)(yong)于全球(qiu)范圍內的數據中(zhong)(zhong)心、應(ying)急/后備(bei)電(dian)源(yuan)、通(tong)訊、電(dian)力(li)、軍隊、航天、科研院所、船舶、海洋平臺、鐵路(lu)、油田、工礦(kuang)、金融(rong)、高校等(deng)(deng)領域(yu)。

推車啟動充電機方法及原理
  在筆者還(huan)(huan)是(shi)新手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou),有一(yi)(yi)(yi)次尷尬的(de)(de)(de)經歷至今讓我(wo)(wo)(wo)記(ji)憶猶新。那時(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)拿本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間不(bu)(bu)長,對車(che)的(de)(de)(de)了(le)(le)(le)(le)解(jie)也比(bi)較有限。有一(yi)(yi)(yi)回(hui)開著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)單位(wei)老(lao)(lao)斯柯(ke)達弗(fu)雷西亞出門(men)辦(ban)(ban)事(shi),當時(shi)(shi)(shi)正值夏天,一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)開著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)空調。在出城以前的(de)(de)(de)路(lu)上(shang),停(ting)車(che)怠速的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou)就(jiu)看(kan)見(jian)儀表上(shang)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶燈老(lao)(lao)亮,當時(shi)(shi)(shi)有些(xie)納悶,但(dan)也沒太(tai)當回(hui)事(shi)。出城以后一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)高速倒也無(wu)事(shi),到達旅(lv)館以后天已經黑了(le)(le)(le)(le)。第(di)二天早上(shang)起來一(yi)(yi)(yi)看(kan)車(che),發(fa)現不(bu)(bu)對,好(hao)像車(che)燈沒關(guan)(guan),再進入車(che)內一(yi)(yi)(yi)看(kan),音(yin)響也沒關(guan)(guan)。自覺(jue)慚愧(kui)的(de)(de)(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)還(huan)(huan)暗(an)暗(an)慶(qing)幸別(bie)人(ren)(ren)沒看(kan)見(jian),趕(gan)緊(jin)關(guan)(guan)了(le)(le)(le)(le)這(zhe)些(xie)設備準備開車(che)走人(ren)(ren)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)擰(ning)鑰匙門(men)發(fa)現壞(huai)了(le)(le)(le)(le),只聽著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)啟動機(ji)(ji)響了(le)(le)(le)(le)兩(liang)下就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)再動了(le)(le)(le)(le)。怎(zen)么回(hui)事(shi)?好(hao)像車(che)子沒電(dian)(dian)了(le)(le)(le)(le)?沒辦(ban)(ban)法(fa),只好(hao)打(da)電(dian)(dian)話回(hui)單位(wei)問老(lao)(lao)司機(ji)(ji)怎(zen)么辦(ban)(ban)。為了(le)(le)(le)(le)解(jie)決問題(ti),所有的(de)(de)(de)情況肯(ken)定是(shi)“老(lao)(lao)實交代”了(le)(le)(le)(le)。老(lao)(lao)司機(ji)(ji)一(yi)(yi)(yi)聽就(jiu)知(zhi)道:得(de)了(le)(le)(le)(le),肯(ken)定是(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶沒電(dian)(dian)了(le)(le)(le)(le),這(zhe)破車(che)的(de)(de)(de)空調和(he)音(yin)響都是(shi)后加(jia)(jia)的(de)(de)(de),加(jia)(jia)空調的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)候(hou)沒換發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji),加(jia)(jia)上(shang)這(zhe)個(ge)(ge)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)本(ben)來就(jiu)有點問題(ti),所以一(yi)(yi)(yi)開空調電(dian)(dian)瓶就(jiu)會虧電(dian)(dian)。加(jia)(jia)上(shang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)宿的(de)(de)(de)車(che)燈和(he)音(yin)響,電(dian)(dian)瓶肯(ken)定是(shi)沒戲了(le)(le)(le)(le)。那怎(zen)么辦(ban)(ban)?老(lao)(lao)司機(ji)(ji)出了(le)(le)(le)(le)主意:找(zhao)個(ge)(ge)車(che)搭(da)電(dian)(dian)試(shi)試(shi)。這(zhe)背(bei)井離(li)鄉的(de)(de)(de),上(shang)哪找(zhao)這(zhe)車(che)去(qu)?就(jiu)算有人(ren)(ren)愿意幫忙,也沒搭(da)線啊?這(zhe)著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)肯(ken)定不(bu)(bu)行。最(zui)后老(lao)(lao)司機(ji)(ji)說,還(huan)(huan)有一(yi)(yi)(yi)辦(ban)(ban)法(fa),就(jiu)是(shi)找(zhao)人(ren)(ren)幫你推,或許能推著(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)。于是(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)按照老(lao)(lao)司機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)說法(fa),找(zhao)了(le)(le)(le)(le)幾個(ge)(ge)保安幫忙,終于將(jiang)車(che)發(fa)動起來了(le)(le)(le)(le)……
  這(zhe)(zhe)段(duan)經(jing)歷讓我至今難忘,也(ye)徹底(di)讓我明白了(le)車(che)是可(ke)以(yi)推著(zhu)的(de)。那車(che)輛(liang)推著(zhu)的(de)原(yuan)理是什么呢?車(che)輛(liang)到底(di)應該如何推著(zhu)呢?隨著(zhu)對汽車(che)了(le)解的(de)深入,這(zhe)(zhe)些原(yuan)理也(ye)逐步清晰,現就將這(zhe)(zhe)些體會和理解與(yu)大(da)家分析,也(ye)對在這(zhe)(zhe)方面還不了(le)解的(de)車(che)友一些幫(bang)助。
  我們(men)知(zhi)道汽(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)點(dian)火方式是依靠(kao)火花塞的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)放點(dian)產生的(de)電(dian)弧(hu)引燃汽(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)的(de),而柴油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)則沒有(you)點(dian)火系統,完全(quan)依靠(kao)其發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)縮比使(shi)柴油(you)(you)處于高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)壓(ya)狀態(tai),自(zi)行燃燒的(de)。由(you)此(ci),現(xian)在人們(men)總(zong)是根據這個緣(yuan)由(you)對(dui)汽(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)啟動(dong)產生了誤解,會自(zi)然(ran)而然(ran)地認為(wei)汽(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是不(bu)能靠(kao)外(wai)力推(tui)動(dong)汽(qi)(qi)車來(lai)使(shi)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)運(yun)轉的(de),只有(you)柴油(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)可(ke)以通過外(wai)力推(tui)動(dong)可(ke)以運(yun)轉。其實這種看(kan)法并(bing)不(bu)完全(quan)正確,那么汽(qi)(qi)油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)到底能不(bu)能像柴油(you)(you)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)那樣靠(kao)推(tui)動(dong)車輛(liang)使(shi)發動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)工作呢?
  要啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一(yi)臺汽油(you)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)無論是化油(you)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)油(you)方(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)還是電(dian)子噴油(you)供(gong)(gong)(gong)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)式,在我(wo)們進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)車(che)輛將鑰匙(chi)插入(ru)(ru)鑰匙(chi)孔后(hou),扭動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鑰匙(chi)時(shi)(shi),第(di)一(yi)檔都(dou)(dou)是方(fang)向盤(pan)解鎖(suo),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)方(fang)向盤(pan)才可以(yi)(yi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。其(qi)后(hou)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鑰匙(chi)至第(di)二(er)(er)擋(dang),其(qi)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用是全(quan)車(che)通(tong)電(dian),接通(tong)主(zhu)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi),這(zhe)時(shi)(shi)我(wo)們可以(yi)(yi)明顯的(de)(de)(de)從儀(yi)表盤(pan)上看到(dao)(dao)各種(zhong)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)點(dian)亮起(qi),如(ru)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)油(you)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)、冷卻液指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)、制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)等(deng),這(zhe)意味(wei)著此(ci)時(shi)(shi)全(quan)車(che)電(dian)路(lu)處(chu)于接通(tong)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),接通(tong)了(le)ECU和各傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)電(dian)路(lu),使其(qi)在得(de)(de)到(dao)(dao)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)(de)信號(hao)(hao)后(hou)可以(yi)(yi)正(zheng)常(chang)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)火(huo)(huo)花(hua)塞(sai)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)路(lu)也(ye)(ye)是接通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)。我(wo)們知(zhi)道此(ci)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia),由(you)于發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)并(bing)沒有(you)(you)運(yun)(yun)轉(zhuan),因此(ci)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)沒有(you)(you)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),給(gei)整車(che)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)源(yuan)不是車(che)上的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)而是車(che)載(zai)的(de)(de)(de)12V電(dian)瓶。最后(hou)當鑰匙(chi)繼續向下(xia)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi),鑰匙(chi)的(de)(de)(de)觸點(dian)接通(tong)了(le)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi),它(ta)是控制(zhi)(zhi)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi),在啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)繼電(dian)器(qi)(qi)接通(tong)后(hou),啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)得(de)(de)到(dao)(dao)電(dian)信號(hao)(hao),啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)齒輪和飛(fei)輪相嚙(nie)合(he),飛(fei)輪在啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)下(xia)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),進(jin)(jin)而帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)和活塞(sai)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當一(yi)個(ge)氣(qi)(qi)缸進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)到(dao)(dao)壓縮沖程末(mo)端時(shi)(shi),曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)位置傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)接收到(dao)(dao)信號(hao)(hao),傳(chuan)(chuan)遞給(gei)ECU,在ECU的(de)(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)下(xia),此(ci)氣(qi)(qi)缸的(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)花(hua)塞(sai)進(jin)(jin)行放電(dian)引燃混(hun)合(he)氣(qi)(qi),進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)做功(gong)沖程。至此(ci)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)怠速狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)過程也(ye)(ye)就結(jie)束了(le),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在曲(qu)軸(zhou)(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)下(xia)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),取代電(dian)瓶為全(quan)車(che)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian),同時(shi)(shi)為電(dian)瓶充電(dian)。鑰匙(chi)也(ye)(ye)回到(dao)(dao)了(le)第(di)二(er)(er)擋(dang)的(de)(de)(de)地方(fang),維持全(quan)車(che)電(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)(de)接通(tong),使ECU和各傳(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)能正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),此(ci)時(shi)(shi)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)油(you)報警燈(deng)(deng)、冷卻液指(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(deng)等(deng)都(dou)(dou)將熄滅(mie),起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)齒輪也(ye)(ye)將和飛(fei)輪上的(de)(de)(de)齒輪脫離嚙(nie)合(he),以(yi)(yi)保護起(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)齒輪。
  我們(men)說(shuo)人們(men)普遍(bian)認為的(de)(de)汽油(you)(you)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)推著的(de)(de),這種說(shuo)法有其依(yi)(yi)據,但(dan)又不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)完(wan)全正(zheng)確(que)的(de)(de)。我們(men)知道對(dui)于(yu)汽油(you)(you)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)來說(shuo),尤其是(shi)(shi)(shi)現在車輛中采用的(de)(de)電(dian)噴發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)來說(shuo),其發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要依(yi)(yi)靠電(dian)火(huo)花進行點(dian)火(huo),依(yi)(yi)靠各個(ge)傳(chuan)感器(qi)傳(chuan)給ECU的(de)(de)電(dian)信號控制噴油(you)(you)和(he)噴油(you)(you)量(liang)的(de)(de)。從上(shang)面(mian)對(dui)整個(ge)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)啟動(dong)(dong)過程的(de)(de)簡述(shu)也不(bu)(bu)難看(kan)出:電(dian)對(dui)于(yu)汽油(you)(you)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)來說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)必不(bu)(bu)可少(shao)的(de)(de),一旦(dan)失去了電(dian)能(neng)(neng),汽油(you)(you)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)將(jiang)無(wu)(wu)法點(dian)火(huo),不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。尤其是(shi)(shi)(shi)在啟動(dong)(dong)時(shi),一旦(dan)電(dian)瓶(ping)損壞沒有電(dian)量(liang)輸出,全車電(dian)路無(wu)(wu)法接通(tong),主繼電(dian)器(qi)無(wu)(wu)法接通(tong),ECU和(he)各傳(chuan)感器(qi)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)接通(tong)無(wu)(wu)法工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),而由于(yu)供(gong)電(dian)線(xian)路中沒有電(dian)信號,不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)使起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),這時(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)又沒有運轉(zhuan),發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)進入(ru)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,進而無(wu)(wu)法啟動(dong)(dong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。從這方(fang)面(mian)來看(kan),上(shang)面(mian)的(de)(de)說(shuo)法還是(shi)(shi)(shi)有其道理的(de)(de)。但(dan)在電(dian)瓶(ping)能(neng)(neng)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi),僅因為電(dian)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)足無(wu)(wu)法啟動(dong)(dong)起(qi)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi),汽油(you)(you)發(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)可以依(yi)(yi)靠外力推著,這又是(shi)(shi)(shi)為什(shen)么(me)呢?
