  大功(gong)率高壓(ya)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)智能交流(liu)/直(zhi)流(liu)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)是公司近兩年推(tui)出的(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian)產品,主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)中(zhong)高壓(ya)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)日常(chang)檢測及(ji)維護(hu)。該負(fu)(fu)載(zai)融合(he)了(le)(le)公司最先(xian)進的(de)(de)負(fu)(fu)載(zai)技(ji)術(shu),將集“常(chang)規負(fu)(fu)載(zai)柜”與“降(jiang)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器”所有功(gong)能于(yu)一(yi)體(ti),直(zhi)接接入高壓(ya)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu),既可以完成(cheng)中(zhong)高壓(ya)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu)的(de)(de)靜(jing)態、整定、波動、突加、突卸(xie)、諧(xie)波分析等重(zhong)要(yao)測試(shi),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)方(fang)便,極大降(jiang)低(di)了(le)(le)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)資(zi)金投入。日前,該設備已廣泛(fan)應用(yong)(yong)于(yu)全(quan)球范圍內的(de)(de)數據中(zhong)心(xin)、應急(ji)/后備電(dian)(dian)源、通訊、電(dian)(dian)力、軍隊、航(hang)天、科(ke)研院所、船舶、海洋平臺、鐵路(lu)、油田、工礦、金融、高校(xiao)等領域。

推車啟動充電機方法及原理(li)
  在(zai)筆者(zhe)還(huan)是(shi)新(xin)(xin)手的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)候,有(you)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)尷尬的(de)經歷至今讓我記憶猶新(xin)(xin)。那(nei)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)我拿本(ben)的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)不(bu)(bu)長(chang),對車(che)的(de)了(le)(le)解也比較有(you)限(xian)。有(you)一(yi)(yi)回(hui)開(kai)(kai)著(zhu)單位(wei)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)斯柯達弗雷(lei)西亞(ya)出(chu)(chu)門(men)(men)辦事,當時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)正值夏天(tian),一(yi)(yi)路開(kai)(kai)著(zhu)空調(diao)。在(zai)出(chu)(chu)城以(yi)(yi)前的(de)路上(shang)(shang)(shang),停車(che)怠(dai)速的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)候就(jiu)看(kan)(kan)見儀表上(shang)(shang)(shang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)瓶燈(deng)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)亮(liang),當時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)有(you)些納悶,但也沒(mei)(mei)(mei)太當回(hui)事。出(chu)(chu)城以(yi)(yi)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)路高(gao)速倒(dao)也無事,到達旅(lv)館(guan)以(yi)(yi)后(hou)天(tian)已經黑(hei)了(le)(le)。第二(er)天(tian)早上(shang)(shang)(shang)起(qi)來(lai)一(yi)(yi)看(kan)(kan)車(che),發(fa)現不(bu)(bu)對,好(hao)像車(che)燈(deng)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)關,再進入車(che)內一(yi)(yi)看(kan)(kan),音響也沒(mei)(mei)(mei)關。自(zi)覺慚愧的(de)同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)還(huan)暗(an)暗(an)慶幸別人(ren)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)看(kan)(kan)見,趕(gan)緊關了(le)(le)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)些設備(bei)準(zhun)備(bei)開(kai)(kai)車(che)走人(ren)。一(yi)(yi)擰鑰匙門(men)(men)發(fa)現壞了(le)(le),只聽(ting)著(zhu)啟動機(ji)響了(le)(le)兩下就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)再動了(le)(le)。怎(zen)么回(hui)事?好(hao)像車(che)子沒(mei)(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)了(le)(le)?沒(mei)(mei)(mei)辦法(fa),只好(hao)打電(dian)(dian)話回(hui)單位(wei)問(wen)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)司機(ji)怎(zen)么辦。為(wei)了(le)(le)解決(jue)問(wen)題,所有(you)的(de)情況肯(ken)定(ding)(ding)是(shi)“老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)實交代”了(le)(le)。老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)司機(ji)一(yi)(yi)聽(ting)就(jiu)知道:得了(le)(le),肯(ken)定(ding)(ding)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)瓶沒(mei)(mei)(mei)電(dian)(dian)了(le)(le),這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)破車(che)的(de)空調(diao)和音響都(dou)是(shi)后(hou)加(jia)(jia)的(de),加(jia)(jia)空調(diao)的(de)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)候沒(mei)(mei)(mei)換發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji),加(jia)(jia)上(shang)(shang)(shang)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)本(ben)來(lai)就(jiu)有(you)點問(wen)題,所以(yi)(yi)一(yi)(yi)開(kai)(kai)空調(diao)電(dian)(dian)瓶就(jiu)會虧(kui)電(dian)(dian)。加(jia)(jia)上(shang)(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)宿的(de)車(che)燈(deng)和音響,電(dian)(dian)瓶肯(ken)定(ding)(ding)是(shi)沒(mei)(mei)(mei)戲了(le)(le)。那(nei)怎(zen)么辦?老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)司機(ji)出(chu)(chu)了(le)(le)主意:找個(ge)車(che)搭電(dian)(dian)試(shi)(shi)試(shi)(shi)。這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)背井離鄉的(de),上(shang)(shang)(shang)哪找這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)車(che)去?就(jiu)算(suan)有(you)人(ren)愿意幫(bang)忙,也沒(mei)(mei)(mei)搭線啊(a)?這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)著(zhu)肯(ken)定(ding)(ding)不(bu)(bu)行(xing)。最后(hou)老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)司機(ji)說,還(huan)有(you)一(yi)(yi)辦法(fa),就(jiu)是(shi)找人(ren)幫(bang)你推,或(huo)許能推著(zhu)。于是(shi)我按照老(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)司機(ji)的(de)說法(fa),找了(le)(le)幾個(ge)保安幫(bang)忙,終(zhong)于將(jiang)車(che)發(fa)動起(qi)來(lai)了(le)(le)……
  這段(duan)經歷讓我(wo)至今難忘,也(ye)(ye)徹底(di)讓我(wo)明白(bai)了(le)車(che)是可以推(tui)著的。那車(che)輛(liang)(liang)推(tui)著的原理是什么呢(ni)(ni)?車(che)輛(liang)(liang)到底(di)應該如(ru)何推(tui)著呢(ni)(ni)?隨著對(dui)汽車(che)了(le)解(jie)的深入,這些(xie)(xie)原理也(ye)(ye)逐(zhu)步清晰,現就將這些(xie)(xie)體會和理解(jie)與大家分析,也(ye)(ye)對(dui)在這方面還不了(le)解(jie)的車(che)友一(yi)些(xie)(xie)幫助。
  我們知道汽(qi)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)點火方式是依靠(kao)(kao)火花塞的(de)高(gao)壓放點產生(sheng)的(de)電弧引燃(ran)汽(qi)油(you)的(de),而(er)柴(chai)(chai)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)則沒有(you)(you)點火系統,完(wan)全依靠(kao)(kao)其發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)高(gao)壓縮比(bi)使柴(chai)(chai)油(you)處于高(gao)溫高(gao)壓狀(zhuang)態,自(zi)行(xing)燃(ran)燒(shao)的(de)。由此(ci),現在(zai)人們總是根據這個緣由對(dui)汽(qi)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)產生(sheng)了誤解,會自(zi)然(ran)而(er)然(ran)地認為(wei)汽(qi)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是不能(neng)靠(kao)(kao)外力(li)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)汽(qi)車來使發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)運(yun)轉的(de),只有(you)(you)柴(chai)(chai)油(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)可以(yi)通過外力(li)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)可以(yi)運(yun)轉。其實這種看(kan)法并不完(wan)全正確,那(nei)么汽(qi)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)到底能(neng)不能(neng)像柴(chai)(chai)油(you)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)那(nei)樣靠(kao)(kao)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)車輛使發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作呢?
  要啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一臺(tai)汽油發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)無(wu)論是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)化油器(qi)供油方式的(de)(de)還是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)子噴(pen)油供油的(de)(de)方式,在(zai)(zai)我(wo)們進(jin)入(ru)車(che)輛將鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)插(cha)入(ru)鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)孔后,扭動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)時(shi)(shi),第一檔都是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)方向(xiang)盤(pan)解鎖,此時(shi)(shi)方向(xiang)盤(pan)才可(ke)(ke)以(yi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。其后轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)至第二(er)(er)擋,其作(zuo)用是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)全車(che)通(tong)電(dian)(dian),接(jie)(jie)通(tong)主(zhu)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),這時(shi)(shi)我(wo)們可(ke)(ke)以(yi)明顯的(de)(de)從儀(yi)表(biao)盤(pan)上(shang)看到各(ge)種指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)點亮起,如機(ji)(ji)油指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)、冷卻(que)(que)液指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)、制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)等(deng),這意(yi)味著此時(shi)(shi)全車(che)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)處于接(jie)(jie)通(tong)狀(zhuang)態(tai),接(jie)(jie)通(tong)了ECU和各(ge)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)的(de)(de)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu),使其在(zai)(zai)得(de)到發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)(de)信(xin)號后可(ke)(ke)以(yi)正常(chang)進(jin)入(ru)工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態(tai),此時(shi)(shi)火花塞(sai)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)也(ye)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)接(jie)(jie)通(tong)的(de)(de)。我(wo)們知道(dao)此狀(zhuang)態(tai)下(xia),由于發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)并沒有(you)運(yun)轉(zhuan),因此發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)沒有(you)工作(zuo),給(gei)整車(che)供電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)源不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)車(che)上(shang)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)而是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)車(che)載的(de)(de)12V電(dian)(dian)瓶。最后當鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)繼(ji)(ji)續(xu)向(xiang)下(xia)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)時(shi)(shi),鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)的(de)(de)觸點接(jie)(jie)通(tong)了啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),它是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)控制啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi),在(zai)(zai)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)接(jie)(jie)通(tong)后,啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)得(de)到電(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)齒(chi)輪(lun)和飛(fei)輪(lun)相嚙合,飛(fei)輪(lun)在(zai)(zai)啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)下(xia)開始轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),進(jin)而帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)曲(qu)軸和活(huo)塞(sai)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),當一個氣(qi)缸進(jin)入(ru)到壓(ya)縮沖程末(mo)端時(shi)(shi),曲(qu)軸位置傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)接(jie)(jie)收(shou)到信(xin)號,傳遞給(gei)ECU,在(zai)(zai)ECU的(de)(de)控制下(xia),此氣(qi)缸的(de)(de)火花塞(sai)進(jin)行放電(dian)(dian)引燃混(hun)合氣(qi),進(jin)入(ru)做功沖程。至此發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)開始進(jin)入(ru)怠(dai)速(su)狀(zhuang)態(tai),啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)過程也(ye)就結束了,此時(shi)(shi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)曲(qu)軸的(de)(de)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)下(xia)開始工作(zuo),取代電(dian)(dian)瓶為全車(che)供電(dian)(dian),同時(shi)(shi)為電(dian)(dian)瓶充電(dian)(dian)。鑰(yao)(yao)(yao)匙(chi)也(ye)回到了第二(er)(er)擋的(de)(de)地方,維持全車(che)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)接(jie)(jie)通(tong),使ECU和各(ge)傳感(gan)(gan)器(qi)能正常(chang)工作(zuo),此時(shi)(shi)機(ji)(ji)油報警(jing)燈(deng)、冷卻(que)(que)液指(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)等(deng)都將熄滅(mie),起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪(lun)也(ye)將和飛(fei)輪(lun)上(shang)的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪(lun)脫離(li)嚙合,以(yi)保護起動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)齒(chi)輪(lun)。
  我(wo)們說(shuo)人們普遍認為(wei)的(de)(de)(de)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)油(you)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)不(bu)能(neng)推(tui)著的(de)(de)(de),這種說(shuo)法(fa)有其(qi)依(yi)據,但(dan)又(you)不(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)完(wan)全(quan)正(zheng)確的(de)(de)(de)。我(wo)們知道對于汽(qi)(qi)(qi)油(you)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)來說(shuo),尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)在(zai)車(che)(che)輛(liang)中(zhong)采用的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)噴發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)來說(shuo),其(qi)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)工作(zuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要依(yi)靠(kao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)火花進(jin)行點火,依(yi)靠(kao)各個(ge)(ge)傳(chuan)感器傳(chuan)給ECU的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號控制(zhi)噴油(you)和噴油(you)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)。從上面(mian)對整個(ge)(ge)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)啟(qi)動(dong)過程的(de)(de)(de)簡述(shu)也不(bu)難看(kan)出:電(dian)(dian)(dian)對于汽(qi)(qi)(qi)油(you)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)來說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)必不(bu)可少的(de)(de)(de),一旦失去了電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng),汽(qi)(qi)(qi)油(you)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)將無法(fa)點火,不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)常工作(zuo)。尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)啟(qi)動(dong)時,一旦電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶損壞沒(mei)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)輸(shu)出,全(quan)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路無法(fa)接通,主繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器無法(fa)接通,ECU和各傳(chuan)感器不(bu)能(neng)接通無法(fa)工作(zuo),而(er)由于供電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路中(zhong)沒(mei)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)號,不(bu)能(neng)使起(qi)動(dong)機(ji)工作(zuo),這時發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)又(you)沒(mei)有運轉(zhuan),發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)也不(bu)能(neng)進(jin)入(ru)工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,進(jin)而(er)無法(fa)啟(qi)動(dong)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)。從這方面(mian)來看(kan),上面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)說(shuo)法(fa)還是(shi)(shi)(shi)有其(qi)道理的(de)(de)(de)。但(dan)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)瓶能(neng)正(zheng)常工作(zuo)時,僅因(yin)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)不(bu)足無法(fa)啟(qi)動(dong)起(qi)動(dong)機(ji)時,汽(qi)(qi)(qi)油(you)發(fa)動(dong)機(ji)是(shi)(shi)(shi)可以依(yi)靠(kao)外力推(tui)著,這又(you)是(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)什么呢(ni)?
