專業解讀變頻電源與變頻器的三大區別
變(bian)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)源用于把國內220V50Hz變(bian)為(wei)110V60Hz、220V60Hz。國內很多廠家(jia)說什么負載都能帶(dai)。 變(bian)頻(pin)器:只(zhi)適用于電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)傳動。輸出220V、380V、660V等。而(er)且(qie)頻(pin)率為(wei)0-400Hz。但只(zhi)能帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)動機(ji)負載。他們原理(li)上有什么不同(tong)。

變頻電源與采用發電機組變頻的比較

變頻電源與變頻器在現代化的工業生產中都發揮著十分重要的作用,但是二者在用途、負載類型、輸出電壓、輸出頻率、輸出波形、控制方式等方面都有各自的特點,因此變頻電源的選購者有必要認清楚區別,從而根據自己的需求,選擇出真正適合自己的產品。
變(bian)頻電(dian)源(yuan)的輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)在滿(man)載的條(tiao)件下,輸出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)穩定(ding)度(du)為設(she)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)的1%,而(er)變(bian)頻器的輸出(chu)頻率隨著電(dian)機工作(zuo)特性的改變(bian)而(er)改變(bian)。
變頻(pin)電源與變頻(pin)器(qi)的區別三:
變頻電源無輻射干擾,傳導干擾低,能滿足實驗室設備對于電源的要求,而變頻器輻射干擾較低,傳導干擾強,實驗室設備無法正常工作
變頻電源允許輸出單相及三相,三相輸出時,能承受100%不平衡負載,而變頻器只有三相輸出,且三相時承受不平衡負載能力差;
變(bian)頻(pin)電源采用IGBT/SPWM式(shi)(shi)的(de)控制方(fang)式(shi)(shi),而變(bian)頻(pin)器則(ze)采用IGBT/V/F控制方(fang)式(shi)(shi)。
