如果蓄電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)機(ji)變(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)次(ci)級的電(dian)壓反饋(kui)回(hui)路開路,即分壓電(dian)阻(zu)開路,反饋(kui)電(dian)壓不能(neng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)PWM脈(mo)寬(kuan)調(diao)制芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)腳,或者初級線圈電(dian)流(liu)過大,脈(mo)寬(kuan)調(diao)制芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)SG3525過流(liu)保護(hu)工作,或者光耦合(he)器(qi)(qi)PC817故(gu)(gu)(gu)障,SG3525的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)不能(neng)送到專用驅動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)IR2110,都會(hui)使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)壓為零(ling)。檢測思路:先查反饋(kui)分壓電(dian)阻(zu)各點電(dian)壓。如果正常(chang)(chang)(chang),再查SG3525的輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)引腳,如果蓄電(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)脈(mo)沖(chong)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)正常(chang)(chang)(chang),再查IR2110輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao)。若(ruo)IR2110輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)異(yi)常(chang)(chang)(chang),則(ze)(ze)可(ke)能(neng)是光耦合(he)器(qi)(qi)PC817故(gu)(gu)(gu)障,更換同型號(hao)(hao)(hao)光耦。若(ruo)前面檢測都正常(chang)(chang)(chang),再查IR2110的兩個脈(mo)沖(chong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)(chu)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(hao),如果發(fa)現異(yi)常(chang)(chang)(chang),則(ze)(ze)是驅動(dong)芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障,更換芯(xin)(xin)片(pian)。
