如(ru)果(guo)(guo)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器次級的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)反饋(kui)回路(lu)開路(lu),即分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻開路(lu),反饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)不能(neng)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)PWM脈寬(kuan)(kuan)調制芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)腳(jiao),或(huo)者(zhe)初級線圈(quan)電(dian)(dian)流過大,脈寬(kuan)(kuan)調制芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)SG3525過流保護工作(zuo),或(huo)者(zhe)光耦合(he)器PC817故障(zhang)(zhang),SG3525的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出脈沖(chong)信(xin)號不能(neng)送到專用驅(qu)動(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)IR2110,都會使輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為零。檢測思路(lu):先查反饋(kui)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻各(ge)點電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。如(ru)果(guo)(guo)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),再查SG3525的(de)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出引腳(jiao),如(ru)果(guo)(guo)蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出脈沖(chong)信(xin)號正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),再查IR2110輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)信(xin)號。若(ruo)IR2110輸(shu)(shu)(shu)入(ru)異常(chang)(chang),則可(ke)能(neng)是光耦合(he)器PC817故障(zhang)(zhang),更(geng)換同型號光耦。若(ruo)前面檢測都正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),再查IR2110的(de)兩個脈沖(chong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出信(xin)號,如(ru)果(guo)(guo)發現(xian)異常(chang)(chang),則是驅(qu)動(dong)芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)故障(zhang)(zhang),更(geng)換芯(xin)片(pian)(pian)(pian)。
