如果蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機變壓(ya)(ya)器次級(ji)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)反(fan)(fan)饋(kui)回路開路,即分壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻開路,反(fan)(fan)饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)不能(neng)輸(shu)入PWM脈(mo)寬(kuan)調制(zhi)芯片(pian)(pian)輸(shu)入腳,或者初級(ji)線圈電(dian)(dian)流過大(da),脈(mo)寬(kuan)調制(zhi)芯片(pian)(pian)SG3525過流保護工作(zuo),或者光耦合器PC817故障,SG3525的輸(shu)出脈(mo)沖(chong)信號(hao)不能(neng)送到(dao)專用驅動芯片(pian)(pian)IR2110,都會使輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為零。檢測思路:先查(cha)反(fan)(fan)饋(kui)分壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)阻各點電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。如果正常(chang),再(zai)查(cha)SG3525的輸(shu)出引(yin)腳,如果蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)機輸(shu)出脈(mo)沖(chong)信號(hao)正常(chang),再(zai)查(cha)IR2110輸(shu)入信號(hao)。若IR2110輸(shu)入異(yi)(yi)常(chang),則(ze)可能(neng)是(shi)光耦合器PC817故障,更(geng)換同型號(hao)光耦。若前面檢測都正常(chang),再(zai)查(cha)IR2110的兩(liang)個脈(mo)沖(chong)輸(shu)出信號(hao),如果發(fa)現異(yi)(yi)常(chang),則(ze)是(shi)驅動芯片(pian)(pian)故障,更(geng)換芯片(pian)(pian)。
