開關電源的基本類型有哪些呢?
現代開關電源有兩種(zhong)(zhong):一種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);另一種(zhong)(zhong)是(shi)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。這里主要介紹的(de)(de)(de)只是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),其功能是(shi)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量較(jiao)差(cha)的(de)(de)(de)原(yuan)生態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(粗電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)),如市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),轉(zhuan)換成滿足設(she)備要求的(de)(de)(de)質量較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(精(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian))。直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)核(he)心是(shi)DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器。因此直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)是(shi)依賴(lai)DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器分(fen)(fen)類(lei)的(de)(de)(de)。也(ye)就是(shi)說,直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)與DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)是(shi)基本(ben)相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de),DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)基本(ben)上就是(shi)直(zhi)(zhi) 流(liu)(liu)(liu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)類(lei)。
直(zhi)流DC/DC轉換(huan)器按輸入與(yu)輸出之間是(shi)否有電(dian)氣隔(ge)離(li)可以分(fen)為兩類:一(yi)類是(shi)有隔(ge)離(li)的稱(cheng)為隔(ge)離(li)式DC/DC轉換(huan)器;另一(yi)類是(shi)沒有隔(ge)離(li)的稱(cheng)為非隔(ge)離(li) 式DC/DC轉換(huan)器。
隔離式DC/DC轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)也可以按有(you)(you)源功率器(qi)件(jian)的個數來(lai)分類。單(dan)管的DC/DC轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)有(you)(you)正激式(Forward)和反激式(Flyback)兩種。雙管DC/DC轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi) 有(you)(you)雙管正激式(DoubleTransistor Forward Converter),雙管反激式(Double Transistor Flyback Converter)、推挽式(Push-Pull Converter) 和半橋(qiao)式(Half-Bridge Converter)四(si)種。四(si)管DC/DC轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)就是全橋(qiao)DC/DC轉(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)器(qi)(Full-Bridge Converter)。
非隔離(li)式DC/DC轉換(huan)器,按有源功(gong)率器件(jian)的個(ge)數,可(ke)以分(fen)為(wei)單管、雙(shuang)管和四管三(san)類。
單管(guan)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)共有六(liu)種,即(ji)降壓(ya)式(Buck)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi) ,升(sheng)壓(ya)式(Boost)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、升(sheng)壓(ya)降壓(ya)式(Buck Boost)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、Cuk DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、Zeta DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和SEPIC DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。在這六(liu)種 單管(guan)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中(zhong),Buck和Boost式DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是基本(ben)的(de)(de),Buck-Boost、Cuk、Zeta、SEPIC式DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)是從中(zhong)派生出(chu)來的(de)(de)。雙管(guan)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan) 器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)有雙管(guan)串(chuan)接的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)式(Buck-Boost)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。四管(guan)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)常(chang)用的(de)(de)是全橋DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(Full-Bridge Converter)。
隔離式DC/DC轉換器(qi)在實(shi)現輸(shu)出(chu)與輸(shu)入電(dian)(dian)氣隔離時,通常采用變壓(ya)器(qi)來實(shi)現,由于(yu)變壓(ya)器(qi)具有(you)變壓(ya)的(de)功能(neng),所以有(you)利于(yu)擴大轉換器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)應用 范(fan)圍,也便于(yu)實(shi)現不同(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)多(duo)路(lu)輸(shu)出(chu),或(huo)相同(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)多(duo)種輸(shu)出(chu)。
在功率(lv)(lv)開(kai)關(guan)管(guan)的(de)電壓和(he)電流定額相同(tong)時,轉換(huan)器(qi)的(de)輸出功率(lv)(lv)通常與所用(yong)開(kai)關(guan)管(guan)的(de)數量成正比。所以開(kai)關(guan)管(guan)數越多,DC/DC轉換(huan)器(qi)的(de)輸出功率(lv)(lv)越大,四(si)管(guan)式比兩(liang)管(guan)式輸出功率(lv)(lv)大一倍(bei),單管(guan)式輸出功率(lv)(lv)只有四(si)管(guan)式的(de)1/4。
非隔(ge)離式轉換器(qi)與隔(ge)離式轉換器(qi)的組合,可以(yi)得到單個(ge)轉換器(qi)所(suo)不具備的一些特性(xing)。
按能(neng)量的(de)傳(chuan)輸(shu)來分,DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器(qi)有(you)單向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)輸(shu)和雙向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)輸(shu)兩種。具有(you)雙向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)傳(chuan)輸(shu)功能(neng)的(de)DC/DC轉(zhuan)換器(qi),既可(ke)以從(cong)電源(yuan)側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)負載側(ce)傳(chuan)輸(shu)功率(lv),也可(ke) 以從(cong)負載側(ce)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)電源(yuan)側(ce)傳(chuan)輸(shu)功率(lv)。
DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器也(ye)可以分為自(zi)(zi)激(ji)式(shi)和他(ta)控(kong)式(shi)。借助轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器本(ben)身的(de)正反饋信號實現開(kai)關(guan)管(guan)自(zi)(zi)持周(zhou)期性開(kai)關(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器,叫做(zuo)自(zi)(zi)激(ji)式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器,如洛耶爾 (Royer)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器就是(shi)一(yi)種典型的(de)推(tui)挽(wan)自(zi)(zi)激(ji)式(shi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器。他(ta)控(kong)式(shi)DC/DC轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)(huan)(huan)器中的(de)開(kai)關(guan)器件(jian)控(kong)制信號,是(shi)由外(wai)部專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)控(kong)制電路產生(sheng)的(de)。
按照(zhao)開關(guan)管的開關(guan)條(tiao)件,DC/DC轉換器(qi)又可以分為硬開關(guan)(Hard Switching)
和(he)(he)軟(ruan)開(kai)(kai)(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(Soft
