汽車電瓶如何充電

      給汽(qi)車蓄電(dian)池充電(dian)分新電(dian)池初次充電(dian)和之后(hou)充電(dian)兩種情況。現(xian)在(zai)汽(qi)車新蓄電(dian)池一(yi)般不需要充電(dian)。

  充電原理

  汽車新電瓶充電方法

  將電(dian)(dian)池正(zheng)極接電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正(zheng)極,電(dian)(dian)池負(fu)極接電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)負(fu)極

  初(chu)次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)分兩(liang)個階(jie)段進行:首(shou)先用(yong)初(chu)次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流充(chong)(chong)(chong)到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)放(fang)出(chu)(chu)氣(qi)泡,單格電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升到(dao)(dao)2.3—2.4V為止。然后(hou)將電(dian)(dian)流降(jiang)為1/2初(chu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,繼(ji)續充(chong)(chong)(chong)到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)放(fang)出(chu)(chu)劇烈(lie)的(de)(de)氣(qi)泡,比(bi)征和電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)連(lian)續3h穩定不(bu)變為止。全部充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間約為45—65h。溫(wen)度控制在35—40℃,初(chu)次(ci)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)完畢時,若(ruo)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)比(bi)重不(bu)合規定,應用(yong)蒸餾水或比(bi)重為1.4的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)解液(ye)(ye)進行調整。調整后(hou)再(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)2h,直至比(bi)重符合規定時為止。

  新蓄電(dian)(dian)池第一(yi)(yi)次充(chong)電(dian)(dian)后往(wang)往(wang)達不到容量(liang),應進(jin)行放(fang)電(dian)(dian)循環(huan)。用20h時(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)率放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(即用額(e)定容量(liang)1/20的(de)電(dian)(dian)流放(fang)電(dian)(dian)至單(dan)格電(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)到1.75V為(wei)止),然后再補充(chong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流直至充(chong)足,經過(guo)一(yi)(yi)次充(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)循環(huan)若容量(liang)仍低于額(e)定容量(liang)的(de)90%,應再進(jin)行一(yi)(yi)次充(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)循環(huan)。

  注意怎(zen)樣判(pan)斷新車蓄電(dian)池是否充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完畢,判(pan)斷新電(dian)池充(chong)(chong)電(dian)完畢三部曲(qu):

  (1) 如果電解液"沸騰",同時出現氣泡,那么(me)表(biao)明充電完(wan)畢。

  (2) 測量(liang)單格(ge)電(dian)池電(dian)壓值大小,如果電(dian)壓3秒內不波動,達2.7V,那么表明充電(dian)完畢。

  (3) 測量(liang)電解液的相對密(mi)度(du),如密(mi)度(du)3h內不再(zai)波動,達最大值,那么表示充電完畢。

  使用中汽車蓄電瓶定期補充充電

  步驟如下:

  (1)先用蒸餾水或(huo)蓄電池專用補(bu)充(chong)液將蓄電池的液面調整到規定(ding)高度(du)。

  (2)充(chong)電(dian)前按照充(chong)電(dian)設備(bei)的額定電(dian)壓(ya)和額定電(dian)流將要充(chong)電(dian)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)連接起來(lai)。串聯(lian)在(zai)一路(lu)的蓄電(dian)池(chi)的總電(dian)壓(ya)不能大于充(chong)電(dian)設備(bei)的額定電(dian)壓(ya)。

  (3)定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)充電(dian)的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)(shi)根據蓄電(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)容(rong)量(liang)來選(xuan)擇的(de)(de)。定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)充電(dian)分(fen)兩個階(jie)段(duan)進行。階(jie)段(duan)一的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)(shi)蓄電(dian)池(chi)額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)的(de)(de)十分(fen)之一,階(jie)段(duan)二(er)的(de)(de)充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)是(shi)(shi)蓄電(dian)池(chi)額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)的(de)(de)二(er)十分(fen)之一。

  (4)蓄電(dian)池(chi)充完電(dian)后(hou),檢(jian)查蓄電(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)的(de)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度。如(ru)(ru)電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)密(mi)(mi)(mi)度不符(fu)合(he)要求,可先將原格內的(de)電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye)到出一些;如(ru)(ru)原密(mi)(mi)(mi)度過小(xiao),可再加(jia)入(ru)(ru)相對密(mi)(mi)(mi)度的(de)濃電(dian)解(jie)液(ye)(ye);如(ru)(ru)原密(mi)(mi)(mi)度過大,可加(jia)入(ru)(ru)蒸餾水(shui)稀(xi)釋。調整后(hou)液(ye)(ye)面(mian)高(gao)度應符(fu)合(he)規(gui)定。


  有(you)的車(che)主認為,快(kuai)速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)可以節省時間(jian),只需要3-5個(ge)小時。其實(shi)不然(ran),快(kuai)速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)只是迅速(su)把電(dian)(dian)(dian)池表面激(ji)活,而實(shi)際(ji)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)池內部是沒有(you)完全(quan)充滿電(dian)(dian)(dian)的。除了快(kuai)速(su)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)之外,還有(you)一種為慢充電(dian)(dian)(dian),充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)為10-15個(ge)小時,那些深虧(kui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池就(jiu)必須進行慢充電(dian)(dian)(dian),否則充電(dian)(dian)(dian)時間(jian)不夠,充電(dian)(dian)(dian)量不足,會直(zhi)接影響到汽車(che)的行駛性能。雖說(shuo)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)是個(ge)相當簡單的操(cao)作,但也有(you)一些注意事項(xiang):

  1.向鉛酸蓄電(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)時,要穿上(shang)保護衣。

  2.充電(dian)時,汽車蓄(xu)電(dian)池附近不能有火花,禁止抽煙。

  3.對(dui)一(yi)個(ge)或對(dui)多個(ge)汽車蓄電(dian)(dian)池并聯(lian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)不要(yao)超過16v
