UPS和EPS電源區別

 隨著經濟的發展和社會(hui)安全意識的加強,消(xiao)防安全越來越被人們重視(shi)。EPS以其特有的優越性得(de)到(dao)廣泛的應用。同(tong)時,許多(duo)企(qi)業(ye)紛紛建立(li)企(qi)業(ye)內部局域網,網絡化辦(ban)公正逐漸成為一種趨(qu)勢,UPS不間(jian)斷電(dian)源產(chan)業(ye)也得(de)到(dao)了廣闊的發展,其中,生產(chan)應急(ji)電(dian)源的企(qi)業(ye)在近十幾(ji)年中迅(xun)速增加。

  然而,應急電(dian)源(yuan)設計(ji)與(yu)使用對電(dian)氣(qi)工程師而言還(huan)是一種比較新的(de)技術,很多工程師對EPS和UPS的(de)區別與(yu)聯(lian)系(xi)并(bing)不清(qing)楚。將(jiang)對UPS和EPS電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)區別進行介(jie)紹。

  EPS電源簡介

  EPS(EmergencySystem)是一(yi)種(zhong)允許短時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源中斷的(de)(de)應(ying)急電(dian)(dian)(dian)源裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),主(zhu)要針對(dui)城市(shi)中高層建筑中的(de)(de)應(ying)急照(zhao)明、消(xiao)防(fang)設施以及特別重要負荷,尤其在(zai)解決照(zhao)明用電(dian)(dian)(dian)或(huo)只有(you)一(yi)路市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)缺少第(di)二(er)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,代替發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機組構成第(di)二(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源或(huo)在(zai)需要第(di)三(san)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)場合(he)使(shi)用時(shi),能夠收到(dao)非常(chang)好的(de)(de)效果(guo)。EPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)在(zai)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)網絡正常(chang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),其應(ying)急供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統處(chu)于“睡眠”的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)浮狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai),只有(you)在(zai)應(ying)急狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態(tai)下才為負載供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

  EPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的特點:當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,EPS處于(yu)靜態,無(wu)噪(zao)(zao)音。有市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時,噪(zao)(zao)音小于(yu)60db,不(bu)需排(pai)煙、防(fang)震處理(li),而且(qie)(qie)無(wu)公害、無(wu)火(huo)災隱患;市電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),EPS可自(zi)動(dong)切換,實(shi)現無(wu)人值守。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與EPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)相互切換的時間均為0.1~0.25s。其帶(dai)載能力強,適用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感性、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容性及綜合性負載的設備,如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)梯、水泵、風機、辦公自(zi)動(dong)化設備、應急照(zhao)明(ming)等,而且(qie)(qie)使用可靠。

  UPS電源簡介

  UPS(UninterruptiblePowerSystem)不間(jian)(jian)斷電(dian)源,是(shi)一種含有儲能裝置(zhi),以逆變器為主要(yao)組成部(bu)分的(de)恒壓、恒頻的(de)不間(jian)(jian)斷電(dian)源。其主要(yao)作(zuo)用是(shi)通過UPS系(xi)統,對計算機網絡系(xi)統或(huo)其他電(dian)力電(dian)子設備可靠而(er)不間(jian)(jian)斷地(di)進行供(gong)電(dian)。

  當(dang)市電輸入正常(chang)時,UPS將市電穩壓(ya)(ya)后供(gong)給(gei)負載(zai)(zai)使用,此(ci)時,UPS的作用相當(dang)于(yu)一臺(tai)交流(liu)市電穩壓(ya)(ya)器,同(tong)時它還向機內儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)部分供(gong)電。當(dang)市電中斷(duan)(事故停電)時,UPS立即將機內存(cun)儲(chu)的電能(neng)(neng)通過逆變轉換的方法向負載(zai)(zai)繼(ji)續供(gong)應220V交流(liu)電,使負載(zai)(zai)維持正常(chang)工作并(bing)保(bao)護負載(zai)(zai)軟、硬件不(bu)受損壞,使整個網絡數(shu)據不(bu)會因斷(duan)電事故而(er)導致數(shu)據丟失。電源按其工作原(yuan)理可分為(wei)后備(bei)式、在(zai)線式以及在(zai)線互(hu)動(dong)式三(san)種。

       后備式(shi)UPS:平時處于蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態,在停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時逆變(bian)器緊(jin)急切換到(dao)工作狀態,將電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)提供的直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉變(bian)為(wei)穩(wen)定的交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸出,后備式(shi)UPS也被稱為(wei)離線式(shi)UPS。后備式(shi)UPS電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的優點是:運行(xing)效率高、噪音低(di)、價(jia)格相對便宜,主要(yao)適(shi)用(yong)于市(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)波(bo)動小,對供電(dian)(dian)(dian)質量要(yao)求低(di)的場合(he),比較適(shi)合(he)家庭使用(yong)。

  然而這(zhe)種(zhong)UPS的切換(huan)時間很短(duan),一般介于2~10ms,而計算機本身的交(jiao)換(huan)式電源供(gong)(gong)應器(qi)在斷(duan)電時可維持10ms左右,所以個(ge)人(ren)計算機系統一般不會因(yin)為這(zhe)個(ge)切換(huan)時間而出現問題。因(yin)此(ci)不適合用在關鍵性(xing)的,供(gong)(gong)電不能中斷(duan)的場所。后備(bei)式UPS一般只能持續供(gong)(gong)電幾分鐘到(dao)幾十分鐘,主要(yao)是讓(rang)您有時間備(bei)份數據,并盡快結束(shu)手頭工作,其價(jia)格也比較低,比如個(ge)人(ren)家庭用戶,就可配備(bei)小功率的后備(bei)式UPS。

        在(zai)線式UPS:這(zhe)種UPS一(yi)直使其逆變(bian)器(qi)處于工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,首先通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)將外部交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉變(bian)為(wei)(wei)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),再通過(guo)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)的逆變(bian)器(qi)將直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換為(wei)(wei)高(gao)質(zhi)量(liang)的正弦波(bo)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸出給計(ji)算機。在(zai)線式UPS在(zai)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)狀(zhuang)況下的主要功(gong)能(neng)是穩壓及防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)波(bo)干擾。停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)(shi)則使用(yong)備(bei)用(yong)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池組)給逆變(bian)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。由于逆變(bian)器(qi)一(yi)直在(zai)工作(zuo),不存在(zai)切換時(shi)(shi)間問題,因(yin)此適用(yong)于對(dui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源有嚴格(ge)要求的場合。

  在(zai)線互(hu)動式(shi)UPS:這是(shi)一種(zhong)智能(neng)化的(de)(de)(de)UPS,是(shi)指在(zai)市電(dian)正(zheng)常輸入時,UPS的(de)(de)(de)逆變(bian)(bian)器處于反向工作(zuo)(即(ji)整流工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態),給(gei)電(dian)池組充電(dian)。在(zai)市電(dian)異常時逆變(bian)(bian)器立刻轉為逆變(bian)(bian)工作(zuo)狀(zhuang)態,將電(dian)池組電(dian)能(neng)轉換(huan)為交流電(dian)輸出,同后備式(shi)UPS相比,在(zai)線互(hu)動式(shi)UPS的(de)(de)(de)保護功能(neng)較強(qiang),逆變(bian)(bian)器輸出電(dian)壓(ya)波形較好,一般為正(zheng)弦(xian)波。具有(you)較強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)軟件功能(neng),可以方便地上網(wang)進行UPS的(de)(de)(de)遠程控制(zhi)和智能(neng)化管理。

  可(ke)自動監(jian)測外部輸入(ru)電壓(ya)是(shi)否處于正常(chang)范圍(wei)之(zhi)(zhi)內,如有(you)偏差可(ke)由(you)穩(wen)壓(ya)電器升壓(ya)或降壓(ya),提(ti)供比較穩(wen)定的正弦波輸出電壓(ya)。而且它與計算(suan)(suan)機之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)可(ke)以通過數據(ju)接口(kou)(如RS-232串口(kou))進行數據(ju)通訊,通過監(jian)控軟件,用戶可(ke)直(zhi)接從電腦(nao)屏幕上監(jian)控電源(yuan)及(ji)UPS狀(zhuang)況,方便(bian)管理工作并(bing)可(ke)提(ti)高計算(suan)(suan)機系統的可(ke)靠性。這種UPS集中(zhong)了后(hou)備(bei)式UPS效率高和在線(xian)式UPS供電質(zhi)量高的優點(dian),但其穩(wen)頻性不是(shi)十分(fen)理想,不適(shi)合做(zuo)長延時的UPS電源(yuan)。
