大功率直流穩壓電源的設計一般包括那些環節
的設計一(yi)般包括變壓、整流(liu)、濾(lv)波、穩(wen)壓四(si)個基本(ben)環(huan)節。為了(le)提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的質(zhi)量(liang)及其可(ke)靠(kao)性,需(xu)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓進行采樣(yang)、比較(jiao)、放(fang)大,并(bing)用此誤差放(fang)大信號來調節其輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,使(shi)得負載變化時輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓保持穩(wen)定。此外(wai),為了(le)提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的使(shi)用安全性能,需(xu)設計簡單可(ke)靠(kao)的過壓過流(liu)保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),防止電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大時損壞負載元(yuan)件。以下將從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、保護(hu)(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)設計等3個方(fang)面簡要介紹(shao)直流(liu)穩(wen)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源的制作(zuo)方(fang)法。
主電路部分設計主要包括電源變壓器、整流電路、濾波電路、穩壓電路設計(圖1)。變壓器把高壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)變(bian)為所(suo)需要的(de)(de)低(di)壓(ya)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian);整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)器(qi)把交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)變(bian)為脈動直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian);濾波(bo)器(qi)濾除直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)中的(de)(de)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)成分;穩壓(ya)器(qi)把波(bo)動較大的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)變(bian)為穩定的(de)(de)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)輸出。
