大功率直流穩壓電源的設計一般包括那些環節
的設計(ji)(ji)一般包括變壓(ya)(ya)、整(zheng)流、濾波、穩壓(ya)(ya)四個(ge)基本環節(jie)。為了(le)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的質量及其(qi)(qi)可靠(kao)性,需(xu)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)進行(xing)采樣、比較、放大,并用此(ci)(ci)誤差放大信號來調節(jie)其(qi)(qi)輸入電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),使(shi)得負載(zai)變化時輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)保持穩定(ding)。此(ci)(ci)外,為了(le)提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的使(shi)用安全(quan)性能,需(xu)設計(ji)(ji)簡(jian)單可靠(kao)的過壓(ya)(ya)過流保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路,防止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流過大時損壞負載(zai)元件。以下將從(cong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、保護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路設計(ji)(ji)等3個(ge)方面簡(jian)要介紹直流穩壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的制作(zuo)方法。
主電路部分設計主要包括電源變壓器、整流電路、濾波電路、穩壓電路設計(圖1)。變壓器把高壓(ya)(ya)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變(bian)為所(suo)需要(yao)的低壓(ya)(ya)交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian);整流(liu)(liu)器把交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)變(bian)為脈動(dong)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian);濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)器濾(lv)除直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)中的交流(liu)(liu)成分(fen);穩壓(ya)(ya)器把波(bo)(bo)動(dong)較大(da)的直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)為穩定的直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出。
