The CZC7EP series intelligent chargers incorporate a high-performance embedded charging control unit to regulate the charging current. Through parameter optimization in the main circuit module design, the chargers provide continuously adjustable charging currents catering to various lithium-ion batteries, thus addressing diverse charging process specifications.
The charging controller comes with pre-programmed default charging profiles, as well as a variety of BMS charging communication protocols. Additionally, the charging controller can be programmed and store customized charging profiles based on specific user requirements, thus fulfilling tailored charging process requirements upon delivery.
The charging controller constantly monitors a variety of parameters throughout the charging process, thereby equipping the chargers with a comprehensive suite of protective functionalities to ensure a smooth and secure ongoing charging operation.

 Instructions for Wall-mounted Installation

Begin by identifying the exact location for installation. Drill holes on the wall to fit M8 expansion screws, maintaining a hole spacing of 350 mm; mount the fixing bracket and the locking nuts, hang the charger, and select an appropriate position to install the cable hanger.

（a）：人(ren)工控制模式——LCD屏上(shang)，可以人(ren)工控制啟動充(chong)電、停止充(chong)電。

通(tong)訊控(kong)制模式——充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)與上(shang)位機(ji)(ji)連接(jie)，由上(shang)位機(ji)(ji)控(kong)制充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(通(tong)過通(tong)訊來控(kong)制充(chong)(chong)電(dian)啟停。按充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)的充(chong)(chong)電(dian)曲線進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)。讀取充(chong)(chong)電(dian)參數：充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓、電(dian)流、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間、充(chong)(chong)電(dian)狀態、警(jing)示信息(xi)等)。

（b)： 充電(dian)機(ji)(ji)支持(chi)CAN通訊，能(neng)夠與上位機(ji)(ji)連接進行數據傳輸。

（c) ：人機界面：采用4.3”串口(kou)LCD彩色觸(chu)摸(mo)屏，顯示充  電過程參數；設置充電階(jie)段(duan)各個參數。

（d) ：充電數據(ju)記錄：

在LCD屏上，檢查(cha)充電過程(cheng)事件(jian)記錄。

EEPROM記錄充電數據，可(ke)以(yi)進行(xing)記錄數據分析。

SD卡記(ji)錄充電(dian)過程曲線，通(tong)過PC機讀取(qu)。（選配）

（e)： 設(she)置(zhi)參(can)數(shu)失電(dian)保(bao)護：對于(yu)用(yong)戶設(she)置(zhi)的參(can)數(shu)，系統可長久記憶，停電(dian)也不(bu)丟失。

（f)： 保護(hu)功能：開路、接反、過流、過壓(ya)、過熱(re)、電源缺相等的故障保護(hu)和警示(shi)功能。

 (1)：海拔高度不超過1000米(mi)；

 (2)：周(zhou)圍(wei)介(jie)質溫度不(bu)高于(yu)＋45℃及不(bu)低(di)于(yu)－10℃；

 (3)：空氣相對濕度(du)不(bu)大于95%(當(dang)介質(zhi)溫度(du)在(zai)20±5℃時(shi))；

 (4)：沒有雨雪侵(qin)襲、無(wu)導電塵埃、無(wu)爆炸危險的環境；

 (5)： 不(bu)含(han)有能腐蝕金屬及(ji)破壞絕緣的(de)氣體、蒸(zheng)汽的(de)環境；

 (6)：充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機放置于(yu)通(tong)風良好環境，避免熱量(liang)堆積，導致充(chong)(chong)電(dian)機散熱異常(chang)；

 (7)：在垂(chui)直面傾斜不超(chao)過5度及無劇烈振動和沖(chong)擊的(de)地(di)方。

 (1)：輸入電源(yuan)線的連接：

在充電機輸入(ru)接線(xian)端子、接地端子上，分別連接電源(yuan)輸入(ru)線(xian)與(yu)黃綠雙色的接地線(xian)；電源(yuan)線(xian)輸入(ru)導線(xian)截面積規格應(ying)符合(he)技術參數表的要求。

 (2)：輸出(chu)充電(dian)線的連接：

將(jiang)兩路充電(dian)導(dao)線分別接(jie)在充電(dian)機的兩個(ge)正負(fu)輸出端上。

連接時，注意充電(dian)機輸出(chu)的(de)“+”、“-”與蓄電(dian)池的(de)極性一致(zhi)！且保證連接應(ying)牢(lao)固(gu)可靠。充電(dian)輸出(chu)導線截(jie)面(mian)積(ji)規格應(ying)符(fu)合(he)技術參數表的(de)要求(qiu)。

 (1)：確(que)認所(suo)用的電網電壓是(shi)否與(yu)本機的額定(ding)輸入電壓一致。

 (2)：建議充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)電(dian)(dian)源輸入(ru)導線直接(jie)(jie)與配電(dian)(dian)柜動力型空氣開關連(lian)接(jie)(jie)，這(zhe)個開關的額定電(dian)(dian)流應大于(yu)等于(yu)充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)輸入(ru)電(dian)(dian)流的1.5~2倍。

 (3)：本機應放(fang)(fang)置在通風干(gan)燥的(de)地方，避(bi)開高溫、灰(hui)塵及(ji)腐蝕性氣體。避(bi)免直(zhi)接放(fang)(fang)置在陽光下與風吹雨(yu)淋。放(fang)(fang)置在室外時，需安裝雨(yu)棚。

 (4)：為確保本機正常工作，要保持(chi)使用環境內的(de)空(kong)氣通暢(chang)。充電(dian)機周圍30cm的(de)空(kong)間(jian)，不(bu)得有妨礙(ai)通風(feng)的(de)物體遮擋，并(bing)要經常檢查充電(dian)機四周通風(feng)口是否(fou)堵(du)塞。
